Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Primary Education specializing in English with QTS (Qualified Teachers Status or equivalent).
- Experience: Ideally 2 years of teaching experience, but strong NQTs may apply.
- Training: Western-trained with experience in the UK Primary National Curriculum is beneficial.
- Language Skills: Native English speaker; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
- Cultural Adaptation: Ability to adapt to working in an Islamic faith school and the cultural environment of Qatar.
- Other Skills: Proficiency in using ICT in the classroom.
Job Duties:
- Teaching: Responsible for instructing students from Grades 1-6 in basic subjects like Science, English, and Maths.
- Lesson Planning: Create lesson plans and incorporate technology, such as whiteboard animation and LED Smart Notepads.
- Classroom Management: Divide the class into activity groups and design tasks or activities for both classroom and homework.
- Assessment: Mark and assess students’ performance, recording it to inform parents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other grade-level teachers to ensure student success.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods according to students’ needs.
