Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience as a Homeroom Teacher
- Certification: 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching: Deliver English lessons to kindergarten students
- Lesson Planning: Create engaging lesson plans using technologies like whiteboard animations and LED Smart Notepads
- Classroom Management: Organize students into activity groups and design classroom/homework tasks
- Assessment: Evaluate and record student performance and communicate with parents
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers to ensure students achieve their learning potential
