Job Duties of a Healthcare Assistant

• Patient Care: Support nursing staff by understanding the individual needs of each patient/resident and delivering person-centered care.

• Physical & Social Activities: Organize and assist residents in physical and social activities, including therapy, leisure activities, and outings.
